How to add a value to a check box for a service request when sending it out in a notification

    I’m working on a service request and populating emails with fields that get checked by a checkbox.

    Currently if the box is checked, all that appears in the email is “true” - is there any way to have it show a value such as “company laptop” or something like that, rather than "true"?

     


    Resolution

    Use the following format to convert the checkbox value to a text string of your choosing:


    The GetSRPValue is your checkbox, and the text in quotes (currently "Checkbox") is what will be added to the email if it is checked:

    $(if GetSRPValue(RecId, "checkbox_1") == true then "Checkbox" else "")
