How to send emails to users to their "Alternative Email" Address

    You have configured an "Alternative Email" address field on Frs_CompositeContract_Contact and wish to be able to select this field from the Address Book, in the same way that PrimaryEmail is available. 


     


    Resolution

     

    The fields that appear in the Address Book are controlled by the "EmailAddress" Field Annotation. 

    The PrimaryEmail field is on Frs_CompositeContract_Contact.

    You have created a SecondaryEmail field on Frs_CompositeContract_Contact too. 


    - Log in to the tenant with the Administrator role
    - Go to Configure Application 
    - Go to Business Objects
    - Go to Frs_CompositeContract_Contact
    - Go to Fields
    - Open your Secondary Email field
    - Under Field Annotations set EmailAddress


    - Save the Business Object

    Now when you use the Address Book you can select the Secondary Email address.
