    One email is stuck in the Inbox and crashes GoldMine when you click on it


    Resolution

    [CAUSE]
    This is normally caused by an Email that has some sort of script that GoldMine is blocking because it is dangerous or will cause the GoldMine application to crash.

    [RESOLUTION\WORKAROUND]

    1. Open the Activity list (F6)
    2. Close the Preview\Detailed View if active
    - Right Mouse Click
    - Options > View > Detailed View
    3. Click the E-mail Tab
    4. Delete the offending Email by highlighting and pressing the Delete Key
    Note: Activating a Date Range may make it easier to find the specific Email(s)
    - Right Mouse Click
    - Options > Date Range
    - Select the desired Date Range to limit the Emails shown on screen
    5. Open the Email center (F5)
    6. If the email still exists in the Inbox delete it again
    7. Clear your Deleted folder via right click on the Deleted Folder > Empty trash can
    8. Exit GoldMine and log back in again to verify the corrupt Email(s) have been removed from the system
