How To: completely clear all cache and rebuild the cache in HEAT Premise 20xx products

    In some cases, particularly after restoring databases, migrating databases between servers, or upgrading the product, old data will still remain in the application cache and cause issues. 

    The following is a recommended step in complex updates or server migrations that result in workspaces that will not load, and/or errors that indicate corrupted or stale cache data.



    Go to:

    -Click Remove old versions
    -Click Clear
    -Click Rebuild Cache (this may take several minutes to run)
    After this process completes run an IISReset and clear your browser cache before proceeding.
    NOTE: This only impacts the server it was run on, consequently, if you have multiple application and web servers for a tenant, you will want to do this process for each web/app server involved in hosting that tenant.  You may need to replace {tenantURL} with each server's URL.  Alternatively RDP in to each server and run this using localhost in place of the {tenantURL}.
