In some cases, particularly after restoring databases, migrating databases between servers, or upgrading the product, old data will still remain in the application cache and cause issues.
The following is a recommended step in complex updates or server migrations that result in workspaces that will not load, and/or errors that indicate corrupted or stale cache data.
-Click Remove old versions
-Click Rebuild Cache (this may take several minutes to run)
After this process completes run an IISReset and clear your browser cache before proceeding.
