Version 1

    Details

This article describes what to do when you have a top rule with filter (condition) that catches all in-coming messages and there are rules/filters below that are not receiving messages and should be.

    Resolution

    Steps

    1. Log into HEAT Messaging Center console

    2. In HEAT Message Center (Processor) > Messaging Rules (tab), select a rule/filter that has a specific condition(s). For example, select a filter (funnel icon) and a specific condition might be {|@Message.Content.Subject} Like 'HEAT issue' , which translates to the email subject line contains the string "HEAT issue"

    3. After selecting this filter, select the 'Move Up' button that moves the filter above the more general filter (condition), an example of a general filter condition might be {|@Message} Exists , which translates to any email that exists in the inbox.
