A field is missing in the Call History > Grid for customer. How to re-add this field?

    When in Administrator module > File > New Edit Set > CallLog table > Grid (button), you see the missing file already added to the grid but it is not showing in Call Logging > Customer > Call History > grid, then this article describes how to re-add a field back to the Call History grid.


    Resolution

    1. In Administrator module > File > New Edit Set > CallLog table > Grid (button), remove the CallLog field and commit edit set.


    2.  In Administrator module > File > New Edit Set > CallLog table > Grid (button), "re-add"  the CallLog field and commit edit set.
