    CI Services are not displayed in the list of CIs when you try to link a CI to an Incident via the child tab


    Resolution

    This behavior is driven by a default filter set on the child tab in the Incident.ServiceDesk layout.


    To remove the Out of the Box constraint;
    Log into the Admin role
    Select Configure Application
    Select Business Objects
    Select Incident
    Select Layouts
    Select Incident.ServiceDesk (or the layout associated with the role you are working with)
    Select FormView
    In the Child Panel section, scroll to the right on the CI row
    Delete the default constraints in Link Button Filter and List Filter
    Save the Layout
