    How to set the preferred time zone for outbound emails


    Resolution

    To set the preferred timezone for outbound emails within your organization:
    1. Log into the Application using an Admin role
    2. Click on Configure Application
    3. Expand 'Organization Profile'
    4. Click on 'Account Information'
    - In the middle of the screen there is a drop down that says: 'What is the preferred time zone for outbound email for your organization?'
    5. Click the drop down and select the time zone
    6. Click on the 'Save' button
