After a SCCM import into Service Management, items show as queued in the integration logs but are never verified

    After running an import for SCCM, the Integration log shows items in a queued state. They are not being verified.


    This can happen when the account 'Internal Services' is not associated with a team. To resolve the issue:  1. Open the Employee workspace.  2. Locate the account for Internal Services. 3. Verify that the profile record is configured to a team.
