    In the Out-of-the-box configuration, when an incident is set to 'Waiting for Customer' a prompt comes up asking for notes on what you are waiting for.  Where is that rule located?


    Resolution

    The business rule in Incident called 'StopEscalationClock' controls the prompt when you set the status to 'Waiting for Customer'
