How to enable Excel download and email for Saved Search

    The ability to export to Excel and download or email the results from a Saved Search is not enabled by default.



    1. Log in to the Tenant in the Administrator Role
    2. Click on Configure Application
    3. Under Configure, click on Users and Permissions
    4. Click on Roles and Permissions
    5. Select the Administrator Role
    6. Click on System Permisssions
    7. Select both "Allow Excel download from Saved Searches" and "Allow Email to yourself from Saved Searches"
    8. Save
    9. Repeat for any additional roles
