Document management center/Document templates module doesn't open for 1 user. You click on the toolbar option for it and it won't come up.
NOTE: The user experiencing the problem must be logged out of GoldMine before the steps below are carried out.
1. Log into GoldMine as a master user
2. Go to Tools > >User's Settings, highlight affected user and select "Properties"
3. Click on the "Menu" tab
4. Expand the "Go To" menu
5. Click the push pin next to "Document Templates" until it is green
6. Click OK and close
7. Log in as affected user to test
