Customer may receive the following error when attempting to add a new Service Level Package within a CI.Service Service Level Agreement
Step 1 : Open the CI Service Business Object and select a Service
Step 2 : Click on the Service, and go to the tab “Service Agreements”, then choose “New Service Level Agreement”
Step 3 : From the Service Level Agreement form, click on the field “Package” and select “+ Add New”
The Unhandled Exception message appears …
In Configure Application, click on Business Objects From the Search Dialog, type in ServiceLevelPackage Click on the Object Details and under the Default Form, select ServiceLevelPackage and Save Refresh the client and you should now be able to add a new Service Level Package from the "Add New" button on the Service Level Agreement.
