How to add and sort columns in Call Record Browse

    Columns in Call Record browse are added at the grid level in the HEAT Admin module by creating an edit set or quick customize from the Call Log table and then committing or applying the changes.


    You can add and sort columns with the below steps, this would apply to all users. 

    1. Open heat admin module
    2. Create quick customize
    3. Select your call log table
    4. Click Open Grid
    5. Add/remove fields
    6. Adjustments from top to bottom in sorting, change the fields as you see them from left to right
    7. Apply quick changes
    8. Log out and back into call logging
    9. Use call record browse now
