After upgrading the HEAT version, users see the following message when trying to launch the upgraded HEAT Call Logging client
'The Database needs to be revised'
After upgrading the HEAT installation\clients the database schema will have to be updated to match the new HEAT version:
1) Start HEAT Administrator first. This will prompt you to upgrade the database.
2) Answering 'Yes' to the prompt will convert the database schema to the new version.
3) Once the database is upgraded users will be able to log into Call Logging.
