HEAT LiveTime saying mysql root password has expired. Database admin required to change a line in the configuration as a possible solution.
Ask your database admin access set default_password_lifetime=0 in the MySQL configuration in use, my.ini and this will removed the expired password on the root user and make it so LiveTime can connect to the database again. Restarting MySQL after this change will be required and from there HEAT LiveTime may need to be restarted.
Alternative solution may be changing the password. The following command can set up a user with a password and should be passed to the database admin for HEAT LiveTime:
grant all privileges on DATABASE.* to 'user'@'server-name' identified by 'password-here';
