Unable to create or save a Problem ticket, receiving error - This business object could not be save. HOP schedule 043989AAE82A42129CF725CE742EC4DB does not exist in argument 1 of HOPCalcDuration.

    I'm not able to create a Problem ticket. I receive an error when I try to save. 

    Error:  This business object could not be save. HOP schedule 043989AAE82A42129CF725CE742EC4DB does not exist in argument 1 of HOPCalcDuration.



    This error occurs when the HOP called "24 x 7" is deleted from the system. The Problem business object uses a specific RecID call to the "24 x 7" HOP in several Before Save business rules. 


     


    Resolution

     

    - Log on as Admin.
    - Go to Configure Application to go to the Admin UI
    - Click Organization Profile > Business Hours
    - Observe your current HOP names. (eg. Weekly HOP)
    - Click Business Objects > Problem > Business Rules
    - Uncheck "Search field names only" and search for 'HOP'

    - Edit each business rule and replace the RecID "043989AAE82A42129CF725CE742EC4DB" with the name of the HOP you chose, eg. "Weekly HOP"
