Where can I translate the 'Waiting for Customer' popup or other prompt message?
Here is how to translate a prompt:
1. Log into the AdminUI
2. Expand Organizational Profile
3. Click on Languages
4. Click on Translation Tool
5. Set the Name to: Incidents
6. Set the Area to: Quick Actions
7. Set the To to your chosen language e.g. French
8. Set Quick Actions to the appropriate Quick Action, e.g. StopClock
9. Click on Search
10. Add the translation for the $(Prompt("Enter Notes for Customer",""))
Now if they are using the appropriate Locale it will display that prompt in that language based off of what you typed in. English will still display English. You can do this for any supported language.
