How to configure Reply/Reply All/Forward Emails

    Where are the new Reply, Reply All and Forward Email options and how can one expose buttons on the form?


    Resolution

    The new Reply, Reply All and Forward quick actions are in the Email Object. If you click "Go To" on an email within an Incident, or just go to the Email object, the three new actions are in the Email folder under Action Menu.   To add buttons, use the following steps:  1. In Configure Application, go into the Journal.Email Business object 2. Open the Journal.Email form 3. Expand the +Other in the navigation pane 4. Drag over the Command Button three times and place under the Email label 5. Click on the first command button, enabling the Control Properties 6. For Action, click in the Value and select Reply 7. For Image, click in the Value and select the Reply (back arrow) image 8. For Label, click in the Value and type in "Reply" 9. Repeat the steps on the other two command buttons and then save.
