When logged in as a user with MASTER rights there is no option for "Users' Settings" under the Tools menu.

    We know how to create user settings but when trying to select Tools >> "Users' Settings", there is no "Users Settings" menu option available.


    1 - Logged in as the affected user click drop-down menu at the end of the taskbar "dd or Remove Buttons" >> "Customize". 2 - Click the "Reset" button on the Toolbars tab. 3 - Click "OK" to the prompt "Are you sure you want to reset the changes made to the 'Menu Bar' toolbar?. 4 - Click "OK" again. 5 - Verify that the option for "Users' Settings" under the Tools menu is now present.
