    We are not able to see all of our users or all of our field views on the screen when we log into GoldMine on the new server


    Resolution

    1. Log into GoldMine as a master user 2. Go to Help>>About GoldMine>>System 3. Verify what is set for GoldMine files and Contact files  4. Click OK 5. Go to Tools>>options>>Login 6. Change the GoldMine files database to the correct database 7. Log back into GoldMine when prompted 8. Verify that all users and custom screens are now available  NOTE: the cause for this is that the GoldMine files database is not set to the correct database
