Is it possible to change the fields shown on the Issue Tickets page of Heat Self Service?
What is displayed for columns in HSS through Issue Tickets grid are the columns configured for that View of the CallLog table in Administrator.
If the Customer Type logging into HSS is "Employee" and the ViewSet for the Employee CustType is Self Service, then:
1. Launch the Administrator module and in either an Edit Set or Quick Customize, go to the CallLog | Self Service table's Grid View.
2. To remove the CallType column, simply remove it from the Available list (right hand side) and commit the Edit Set or apply the Quick Change.
3. Restart the Web Service and login to HSS as an Employee LoginID. CallType should no longer display as a column.
