The attachments are not being saved on the server

    When the tenant is configured for saving the attachments locally in a folder ("Attachment Save Type = File system" plus a local folder in the tenant configuration), it is possible that the files are not being saved due to a permission problem.


    Resolution

    It can be necessary to add Modify permissions to the user “IIS AppPool\HEATAppServerAppPool”.  This user is not in the users' list as it depends on the name of the Application Pool. You can find more information in this article.
