    How to restart the log viewer service


    Resolution

    Stop IPCM Log Writer service

    Start the IPCM Log Writer service.

    As a test in the log viewer, set SIP Soft Switch log level to info.
    Enable the autoupdate and autoscroll by checking the boxes at the top of the log viewer page.

    Current logs are now showing up in the log viewer

    Set the log level back to error level for the SIP Soft Switch setting in the logviewer.
