    Some users may report an inability to see search results in the "Link" button dialogue.

    For example:
    One user is unable to link CIs to Change - no error message, the search is simply empty
    This only happens in Production. QA tenant does not exhibit this issue.

     


    Resolution

    Please have your user check the filter button within the results pane.  If you look closely you'll notice the funnel icon is clickable and has a little checkmark over it (indicating a filter is active) in the column headers of the results pane:



    Clicking on it will give him some options... I'd recommend the "Clear filter":
