Customer has setup SSL in there production environment. XML email listener import going to Locked status in Integration Queue and never processing.
Caused by a missing configuration needed for SSL support.
Call to following URL is failing
Edit the following config file IntegrationServiceHost.exe.config and change the httpGetEnabled setting to httpsGetEnabled
Here is an example

If the issue is not resolved by this change then customer should set the LogginConfiguration for the MessageQueueService = INFO and provide the Message Queue logs for review by Development.
