ITSM email listener send the following email reply "Your e-mail message could not be processed. Please re-try, or notify your system administrator." in ITSM 7.x
You can either disable the feature or customize the reply body’s message by changing the text.
To make any change please perform the following :
1.Stop Frontrange FMST service
2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\FrontRange Solutions\Service Management\Messaging\Config . Open FSMTConfig.xml with NOTEPAD (do not use any other editor)
3.to disable the feature just change True to False in the following line :
<ExceptionAutoReply whenExceptionMatchesRegex="." bcc="" cc="" enable="False">
4.to customize the message body , edit the following text :
Your e-mail message could not be processed. Please re-try, or notify your system administrator
5.save your change to FSMTConfig.xml
6.Start Frontrange FMST service and monitor.
