Is there anyway to change the order in the Related Items panel? Right now it is Incident, Problem, Knowledge. We would like Knowledge to be first
How to get to the Related Items Panel Settings.
Log in as Administrator
Go to Configure Application
Go to Business Objects
Go to Incident
Go to Layouts
Select the layout you want to edit.
Go to formview
Select 'Edit Matching Settings'
A window will open. In this window under 'Search for matches in' section, you can sort which business objects to sort from. Putting Knowledge at the top of the list will display Knowledge first when using the Related Items Panel.
