    Cannot add or edit a Category on the CI Service without getting an error on Default Modal Form

     


    Resolution

    Launch Configure Application 

    Select Business Objects In the Find, type in Category 
    In the Object Details, ensure there is a default form enabled
    Select the Form
    Save
    Refresh the client and Add new Category via the Service Desk Category Tab on the CI.Service
