Definition set changes are not displayed in the client correctly

    We have made changes via definition sets and they are not being displayed correctly via the client. Some users are even getting errors that the field cannot be accessed even though it shows on the form.



    When committing a definition set, please make sure the following is done to ensure that all users cache is cleared when they login to a client and they can see the new changes.

    1. All users are logged out of ITSM and no one is using the system.
    2. Make definition set changes and commit / convert to web (if applicable for 7x)
    3. Force clear definition cache via the Administrator > System Settings > Clear the Definition Cache

    4. IISReset on the application server and web servers (if applicable).
