    Details

    When a user tries to log in to GoldMine Mobile they may receive the below message.

    "You are already logged on to GoldMine Mobile with a different device. Please logout first before attempting to proceed."




    Resolution

    1. Log all users out of GoldMine Mobile Edition
    2. Stop IIS
    3. On the IIS Server browse to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
    4. Rename the GoldMine folder
    5. Start IIS
    6. Log the user back into GoldMine Mobile Edition

    This message is normally caused when the user closes the web browser and does use the Logout feature of GoldMine Mobile
    To exit GoldMine Mobile correctly please use the following steps

    1. Tap the More button
    2. Tap the Logout option
