--When one user selects GoTo >> Dashboards, GoldMine freezes. --renaming the username.ini as part of the troubleshooting does not help to resolve the behavior --this is a user specific behavior
1. Issues for user specific dashboard problems lie in the environment table.
2. Run the following query:
select * from Environment where userid = 'affected_user' and NAME like '%dash-%'
3. After a backup of the database, a delete statement on the above query will get rid of the dashboard corruption for the user.
Note: This should only be performed by a Partner or SQL Database Administrator
