    Resolution

    [CAUSE]
This is RM # 239349 and is currently limited to the STATE field, for example it does not expose for the DEAR field. The reason is that STATE field has an additional interpretation logic applied as the Demo data contains \for example CO - Colorado

    [WORKAROUND/RESOLUTION]
    - All State entries should be verified and additional blanks between the value and the // should be removed
    - In GoldMine Premium Edition
    1. Best log in with master rights (as editing might be restricted)
    2. Open the F2 Lookup list for State

    3. Highlight each entry in the list >> Button Edit

    4. Verify that there is no additional blank/space between the value and the // and if applicable correct this

    5. OK
    6. Verify the next State F2 Lookup entry
    7. Once all entries are verified and corrected, verify the behavior in GoldMine Web again
