    This article describes an issue where an additional object "Incident_ITSM" appears in the filter for "Search my items  - in".


    Resolution

     

    To modify the list of entries in this drop-down menu please do the following:
    1. In Configure Application, click on Users and Permissions
    2. Click on Roles and Permissions
    3. Locate and open the Self Service Role
    4. Click on Top Level Tabs
    5. Locate and open My Items
    6. Locate the My Items' Configuration
