This article describes an issue where an additional object "Incident_ITSM" appears in the filter for "Search my items - in".
To modify the list of entries in this drop-down menu please do the following:
- In Configure Application, click on Users and Permissions
- Click on Roles and Permissions
- Locate and open the Self Service Role
- Click on Top Level Tabs
- Locate and open My Items
- Locate the My Items' Configuration
