How to disable the survey that is sent for Incidents.?
Incident Surveys are sent via workflow, you can disable the workflow to prevent the survey emails from going out.
1. Open Configure Application
2. Open Business rules and select 'Incident'
3. Open the Workflow space.
4. Click on the workflow called 'Incident Survey'
5. Check the active version.
6. Click on 'More actions' and then 'Deactivate Version'
7. Click OK
8. The green bar should be removed from the active workflow, showing it is not active.
