    How to change autoclose from 7 days to 3 (or x) days for incidents


    Resolution

     

    In the application Configuration, go to the automation tools and then escalation schedules.


    In Escalation Schedules, choose the Incident - Closing schedule.   Then choose Set Thresholds and set the Target duration to the number of days (or hours) for the autoclose.
