'FrontRange Solutions Email Engine' is running but emails are not getting fetched from configured inboxes.
Errors captured in emailservice.frslog include references to "Database Factory wasn't initialized." in exception messages.
01. Login to ConfigDB
02. Open up Email Configuration workspace
03. Verify the 'Service Database String' contains valid entries to allow Email Service to be able to connect to the ConfigDB database.
04. Save after making required changes and restart Email Service.
