Unable to log in to GoldMine Mobile on any device other than the server, the log in screen will refresh after logging in
This issue is related to a time difference between the devices and the server. Normally the time zone of the server is not set correctly.
1. Verify all regional and time/date settings are set correctly on the server
2. Verify that the server and the device / workstation are set to a simular time (3-4 minutes difference)
3. Restart IIS on the server to re read the new / updated time settings on the server
4. Clear all cookies and temporary internet files on the test device
5. Re test the login
