When upgrading to HEAT 2014.3.1 you may get the following error in the system configuration wizard: An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.

    During the upgrade process to HEAT 2014.3.1, in the system configuration wizard trying to move from Step 2: Heat Application to Step 3: App Server Settings. You get the following error message.




    - The root cause of this issue is when creating the "Administrator Log-in Account".  their is a conflict with a duplicate account.

    - The Log-in ID and Email of the HeatUser Details must be unique.

    For example:


    Login ID: FRSAdmin

    Email address: [email protected]
