Inventory Management Data are not getting updated

    Having a Gateway deployed for Inventory Management, the data collected from the computers are not updated in HEAT. 

    In Inventory Management log file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\FRS\Logs\JobQueues\GetClientTasksQueue_Agg.log", an "Access Denied" error is raised.


    The Internal Services user is linked to another role than the Administrator. This secondary role must be unlinked from that user and then the IIS and the services "FrontRange SaaS []" and "SaaSDiscoveryClientAgent" must be restarted.
