In ITSM 6.3.x how to amend the text of the email that is sent when marking an Incident as Resolved?

    This article describes where to find in ITSM 6.3.x the text of the email that is sent when marking an Incident as Resolved.

     


    Resolution

    In the default configuration there is a Quick Action called "IncidentResolvedNotification" (its alias name is "Notification - Resolved Incident") that is run when the Incident is set to the Resolved status that sends the email.  


    The Email text is in the Send Notification part of the Quick Action.
