    How to default the Owner Team based on the Service selected in an Incident


    Resolution

     

    1. Launch Configure Application
    2. Click on Business Objects
    3. Select Incident
    4. Click on Business Rules
    5. Under Editing rule, click on Add new Editing Rule
    6. Set an Editing rule for When Service Changes
    7. Set OwnerTeam 
    Expression:
     $([OtherObject]OwnerTeam) 

    This will allow the Owner Team to fill from the CI.Service.OwnerTeam assigned to the Service.
