    How to configure what fields are updated on the current incident when clicking on the resolve incident button in object matching   


    Resolution

    To configure the Resolve Incident button from the object matching panel


    1. Go to Configure Application > incident business object Layout editor. 
    2. Go to the layout (for the role - each role can be configured independently) you wish to configure and then go to the form. 
    3. With the Enable Matching panel checked click on the Edit Matching Settings.


    4. In the Preview  Edit Preview

    5. Click on Edit for the Resolve button. 
    This is where you Configure the Fields and their values when clicking the resolve button
