    Can 2 Constant Contact accounts be used at the same time in a GoldMine system?


    Resolution

    - No, currently the GoldMine Constant Contact integration will work only with one Constant Contact login at a time.
    - If there is a need to use 2 different Constant Contact accounts within one GoldMine system, then it is necessary first to logout as the current user/account from Constant Contact and login with the second account's credentials and vice versa.

    1. Go To >> Campaigns >> Constant Contact Campaigns
    2. Button Logout (this will logout from Constant Contact with the current used user/account)
    3. Button Configure
    4. Button Login
    5. Provide on the AuthenticationForm of Constant Contact the other user's/accounts credentials
    6. Allow Access for GoldMine
    7. Proceed with the desired actions of Constant Contact integration

    - There is no possibility from within GoldMine to merge campaigns in the campaign list from both accounts as the Campaign Lists are Constant Contact user/account specific. If applicable customers may consider to contact Constant Contact if merging both or several Constant Contact accounts into one account is possible.
