Can't submit Incidents, error:  Service Desk is not in the validation list of validated field Incident.ActualService.....Incident.Service.

    Something has changed and I can't submit incidents.  I get an error which I have provided in a screenshot.


     


    Resolution

    Service is being set to Service Desk via an Initialization rule.  The Service list does have Service Desk as a valid entry, however, the list is constrained by Status = "Production" and the List did not have Service Desk associated to the status of Production.
