Modify text and recipients in outgoing emails by HEAT.

    I'm trying to change the body of the email sent out when an issue is resolved.


    That Incident Resolved email is sent via a Business Rule on the Incident Object.  To alter the contents please run through the following steps:

    1.  Launch Configure Application.
    2.  Select Business Objects>> Incident BO.
    3.  Select the Business Rules tab.
    4.  Locate and Edit the IncidentResolutionNotification Triggered rule.
    5.  Select Next to get to the actual email designed for the rule and modify as needed.
    6.  Save and refresh the application browser and test resolving an Incident.
