    How to send a notification to all of the tasks owners when an incident is Resolved


    Resolution

     

    Launch Configure Application
    Open the Incident Business Object
    Select the Business Rules and create a new Trigger
    Set the trigger based on when Status = Resolved
    Click Next
    Create a new Run For Child action
    Select the Child Object Relationship to: IncidentAssocTaskAssignment
    Add a new Action called "Notify Owners...."
    Click Next
    In the To:  add the $(EmailAddress)
    In the Subject, enter the following $([Incident#.Rev3]IncidentNumber) is Resolved
    In the Body, enter the following $([Incident#.Rev3]IncidentNumber) is Resolved (or something else you would like to state)
    Click on Next
    Click on Save
