What Role value do I use to compare with the value returned by the CurrentUserRole() function?

Version 1

    Details

The CurrentUserRole() function returns the name of the Role that the user has selected to log into the HEAT Application.  This can be useful to know for setting values in fields for different Roles.  For example - In an Incident Template that is used in Self Service the Status field may need to be set to "Logged" but the Service Desk Analysts may need the Status field set to "Active".

This article details which value from the Role Configuration in HEAT that the CurrentUserRole() function returns - i.e. is it "Role Name" or "Display Name"?

    Resolution

The CurrentUserRole() function returns the Role Name value.

This is the value that needs to be compared against the value returned by the function
In the above screenshot the values "Admin" or "ChangeManager" would be returned by the function.
