In the Analytics Metrics Dashboard, the "Incident Trend by Priority for Last 12 Month" Dashboard part is not shown in the correct order.

    The order displayed in this dashboard is mixed up and confusing to our analysts.
    What are the steps to correct the order to show by Month and Year in correct ascending order?

    Correction:
    ----------------

    1. Select Edit Mode >> Settings >> Manage Metrics

    2. Select the Incident Trend by Priority for last 12 month search and edit:

    3. Select the Data Source Tab and set the Order By to Group by label Assending:

    4. Save >> refresh the application and the display will now be correct:
