Approver is not receiving the notification email for new service request
Whenever a user is logging a new service request, the workflow completes but the email is not being generated.
The workflow is showing as completed in full, but since the approver is not receiving the email the approval ends up being denied.
Approval block generating the email did not show a field value for approver
1 - In the application interface launch BO Request Offering
2 - Select the specific Request Offering and edit
3 - Go through the tabs until you reach the Workflow
4 - Select the notification block and open it
5 - Select an approver group, an individual user or a field to pull the information from,
go back to the Request Offering, save and exit
